Brand History and Description –
In the early 1930s, Goblin Vacuum Cleaners were manufactured by British Vacuum Cleaner and Engineering Co. Ltd. (BVC). The company claimed that managing director Hubert Cecil Booth was the one who had invented vacuum cleaner in around 1900, which was ultimately copied in the USA and elsewhere later on.
It was recorded in Court Journal for October 25th, 1902 that Booth had the honor of demonstrating the process of vacuum cleaning to the King and the Queen at Buckingham Palace. Due to this, the BVC vacuum cleaners were actually installed in Buckingham Palace as well as many other notable royal palaces all over Europe. By 1930s, numerous public buildings were set up with 40 or more centralized vacuum cleaners that make use of a common extraction system.
